The Appraisal Office's Mission:
To provide accurate and useful appraisal services to all of our clients in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

The Appraisal Office includes 3 licensed appraisers and one staff member located in our Fargo, ND office. Our licensed appraisers are experienced in all North Dakota and Minnesota Residential FHA and Conventional Appraisals, Lake Area and Multi-family Properties, and ERC Relocation Appraisals. We also do Field and Desk Reviews.
Since the founding of The Appraisal Office, we have provided prompt service in the cities of Fargo and Moorhead and surrounding communities, as well as areas that require some travel. We generally cover a tri-county area in both North Dakota and Minnesota, which includes the counties of Cass, Richland, Traill, Clay, Becker, and Otter Tail and the cities of Fargo, Horace, Harwood, Hillsboro, West Fargo, Moorhead, Dilworth, Glyndon, Hawley, Barnesville and Detroit Lakes. However, we will travel most anywhere in North Dakota and Minnesota for our clients as long as the circumstances are reasonable.
The Appraisal Office is a member of the Detroit Lakes (MN) Multiple Listing Service/Lakes Country Association of REALTORS®, the Grand Forks (ND) Board of REALTORS, as well as the Wahpeton (ND) Area Board of REALTORS. We are also a member of the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead.
