My mission is to provide safe, fun and goal-oriented personal training to people from all walks of life and at all fitness levels.
Whether you want to train by yourself, as a couple, or with a group, I will make sure that you get the best workout for your goals and fitness level.
I have a private training studio in downtown Grand Forks. I also provide In-Home training services, and I am on the personal training staff at the YMCA. Wherever you want to train, I provide the equipment.

I am a Two Star certified instructor with the Spinning Program- a fun, indoor cycling class. I am currently on the instructor staff at the Grand Forks YMCA, where I also teach group strength classes.

As an avid cyclist, I participate in the MS Society's "Ride the Wind" 175-mile bike ride every summer to create a world free of Multiple Sclerosis. In 2009, I served on the ride's steering committee. For more information on this ride, in Fargo July 31st-August 1st, click on the link to the left.
I am a certified Group Power instructor. Group Power is a 60 minute barbell program that strengthens all of your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic moves such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.
