Pearson Homes are built and owned by Terry Pearson. Terry’s background includes an Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting from the North Dakota State College of Science and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Technology from the North Dakota State University.

After college, Terry moved to Colorado where he owned and operated Pearson Construction. Terry and his team were involved in the construction of custom and track homes in the Denver-Metro area. His experience also includes years of both building houses and designing floor and roof trusses. After some time in Colorado, Terry decided to move back to North Dakota where he started Pearson Home Builders Inc.

Pearson Homes utilizes the latest in floor and roof truss design software which provides fast and accurate design options for your home. When we go to work for you, you can expect to personally be involved in every aspect of the design and building phases.
