Buyer beware of MHLS. I recently purchased a mobile home from Fran at MHLS. This purchase was made online from California where I previously lived. I virtually bought this home sight unseen other then viewing photo's and a video. It was advertised as move in ready. That was far from the truth. I trusted Fran and did not have a mobile home inspection done at the time based on her word. When I arrived a few weeks ago from California I was not even able to walk through my front door due to it being stuck shut. It only got worse from there. Over the past 6 weeks I have encountered countless issues which unfortunately I have had to have repaired which cost me a lot of money. I have spent thousands of dollars to update and upgrade to make it move in ready. The Air Conditioning went out a few days ago. It was on the purchase agreement as being replaced in 2017 when in fact it was a 2003 air condition unit. My advise is to have the mobile home you are interested in thoroughly inspected by an independent inspector. Read the purchase agreement very carefully. Ask lots of questions. There is virtually no follow up or care from Fran after the sale. When confronted with all the issues and problems that I encountered her attitude was that it was my problem. She never accepted any wrong on hers or the sellers part. Be aware of what you are dealing with. I have contacted a Real Estate Solicitor to pursue the matter.
