Who is Paul Oster?
Paul Oster has worked in Bismarck, ND television production
since the 1980s. Many changes have taken place in the video
production business since those "early days". Computers were
just breaking into the scene. Videotape was king. The computers
that were available then were slow, expensive, and very limited.
