NoVAC is the organization that puts on ART FEST and ZOMBIE MUSIC FEST. We partner with the GGF Convention and Visitor's Bureau on the ART & WINE WALK. We work with the Grand Forks Mayor's Office on the MAYOR'S CHOICE artist program, and with the City of Grand Forks on the RE-GRANT PROGRAM, which funds non-profit arts organizations in the city. We present the ANNUAL ART AWARDS in Grand Forks. We run CULTUREPULSE.ORG, the website for where to go for what to do in Greater Grand Forks Art & Culture. We also work in ARTS ADVOCACY by working with city, state and national legislators and by providing necessary support to regional artists and arts organizations. The North Valley Arts Council and the Grand Forks Mayor's Office are proud to announce the Mayor's Choice artist program.
The next Mayor's Choice artist & performer/s will be chosen in the middle of December,
and the reception will be held in the middle of January.
If you are a visual artist, musician, writer, actor, director, dancer or any other type of artist,
you are invited to apply for the Mayor's Choice program.
