Clarity Counseling is dedicated to helping you learn to love yourself and others and to helping you find more choice, meaning and peace in your life. To this end, we provide individual, couples and group counseling.

HoursRegular office hours for individual and couples counseling are 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Thursday. Fridays and evenings are available in special circumstances. We're sorry, but walk-in appointments are not available. Groups and workshops are typically offered in the evenings and on Saturdays.

Rates*Client-therapist compatibility is key to therapeutic success. Therefore, your first session is free with no obligation to continue services should you determine that you are not compatible with the therapist.

PaymentPayment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or check only. We do not accept credit cards.
LPCs do not bill insurance and have found that insurance companies generally do not cover their services. LPCs try to keep their rates affordable and in special cases will allow sliding fees. They will also provide receipts upon request for flex accounts or private insurance billing. LPCCs will bill insurance for you at your request if they are a provider with your insurance company. You will be responsible for your copayment at time of service. You should know that if services are covered by insurance, a diagnosis and considerable paperwork are usually required and remain part of your permanent medical record. Out of Pocket payment allows the most confidential and flexible treatment planning and delivery of services.

LocationClarity Counseling is located in the WDAY Tower (3 blocks south of Main Avenue) in the historic 8th Street district of downtown Fargo at 808 3rd Avenue South, Suite 303. Parking is available in the lot to the north of the WDAY Tower entrance or on the street. Clarity Counseling offices are located on the third floor and are handicap accessible.
