A subluxation is what happens when a joint isn't moving properly, leading to joint dysfunction and nervous system interference\stress. Because undue stress on the nervous system inhibits communication between the brain and our entire body, subluxations can effect more than just the spine. Relieving inappropriate stress on the nervous system helps the body to regain and maintain a state of natural balance, and a state of better health in general.
